SHE LOOKED FOR A YEAR!

(Meredith understood what I wanted and searched an entire year to find it)

We started working together in 1998 and I went into contract on a property but we fell out of contract because of some building issues we came across during inspections. Then in the fall of 1999 Meredith called me because after looking on my behalf for over a year she had found what she knew was the perfect property for me. The condo would be coming onto the market in two days, so we had to act fast. We looked at it together the day she called me and she was exactly right, it was perfect. Meredith then gave me great counsel on what price to offer, and we made an offer that same night we saw the property. The seller accepted and in September 1999 we closed on my condo in the Mission area of San Francisco.

By March 2003 I was no longer commuting to Palo Alto and didn't want to live in the Mission area any longer, so Meredith listed and sold my property. She did a great job in creating significant buyer interest, and I was very happy with the sale price. Currently, I live abroad but I plan to return to San Francisco at some point and will definitely work with Meredith again to find a new home.
